Jeff  has been focusing on residential and commercial real estate transactions for his entire career. After obtaining a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University he started his career in the Residential Mortgage Group at Fitch Ratings, Inc. (formerly and then known as Fitch Investors Service, Inc.) ("Fitch") where he was responsibilities included assigning ratings to residential mortgage backed securities (RMBS) issued by large banks and institutional lenders.

While at Fitch, he obtained his JD from Brooklyn Law School attending classes at night. After passing the New York Bar Exam he continued his career at Bear Stearns & Co., Inc. in their Mortgage Finance Group where he was a managing director and managed the transaction process of securitizing residential mortgages for Bear, Stearns and some of Bear's client issuers of RMBS.

In 2008, Jeff moved on from Wall Street and started practicing law in Mamaroneck, NY representing buyers and sellers and lenders primarily in residential real estate transactions.

In 2021, Jeff purchased First Priority Title Services. He then purchased Peninsula Title & Escrow Services, LLC in 2022. In 2024, he passed the Florida Bar Exam and was admitted to the Florida bar. He manages First Priority and his law practice from the  Boynton Beach office.
